4-6 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
1 lb. Great Northern White Beans (cooked)
6 cups chicken broth (3 cans) 2 minced garlic cloves
2 medium onions (chopped) 1-tablespoon oil
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper 2-4oz. cans green chilies (chopped)
2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 ½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Sauté onions and garlic in oil until tender
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot and simmer on low for 2 hours
Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream
