FRIENDSHIP CAKE

Use a large container with a large opening. Stir everyday. Put lid on loosely. Mix may bubble.

Day 1:

Add 1- 29oz. can of peaches (cut into 1" pieces) including juice, into container.

Add 2 cups sugar.

Stir well

Day 5:

Cut 16oz. pineapple into small chunks. Pour into container, including juice.

Add 2 cups sugar

Stir well

Day 10:

Cut 16oz. Mandarin oranges into small pieces. Pour into container, including juice.

Add 2 cups sugar

Stir well

Day 15:

Cut 20oz. Maraschino cherries in half and add to container, including juice.

Add 1 cups sugar

Stir well.

1 - box butter recipe cake mix 4 eggs 2/3 cup oil

1 - 3 oz. box French Vanilla instant pudding

2 cups fruit mix 1 cup pecans 1 cup coconut

In a large bowl add cake mix, instant pudding, oil and eggs. Mix well with blender. (will be thick)

Gently fold in fruit mix, coconut and pecans. Do not smash fruit.

Bake in loaf pan for 50 minutes @ 350 . Check with toothpick.

If done, turn off oven and let cake sit in oven for another 10 minutes.
